As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty program that covers any defects or issues that may arise with your audio product.

Our warranty program covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur within one year from the date of original purchase. If your audio product experiences any problems during this time, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

In the unlikely event that you need to make a warranty claim, our return process is simple and straightforward. First, contact our customer service team to initiate the process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have the RA number, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to us for repair or replacement.

Carefully pack your product and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box. Once we receive your audio product, our team of experts will thoroughly examine it to determine the cause of the problem and make the necessary warranty repairs or replacements.

We understand that it can be frustrating to have to return your audio product for repair, but we want to assure you that we will do our best to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. We will keep you updated on the status of your repair throughout the process and will work quickly to return your product to you in the best condition possible.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our warranty program or return process. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. We ask that you give us 3 to 5 business days from the date the product arrives at our facility to test the product and resolve your complaint.

Please note that our warranty program does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or accidents.
